ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I voluntarily participate in yoga, breathwork, movement, and related activities offered at The Annex | Giant Rock Meeting Room: 
1141 Old Woman Springs Rd, Unit A, Yucca Valley, CA 92284, Flamingo Heights, as well as by its staff and collaborators.

I understand these activities involve risks, including strains, falls, dizziness, fainting, emotional distress, aggravation of existing conditions, serious injury, and, rarely, death. I knowingly assume the risks associated with participation and use of the premises and equipment.

I am responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for my health, seeking medical advice when needed, informing instructors of relevant limitations, following safety instructions, and stopping if I experience discomfort. These activities are not medical or mental health treatment. Hands-on assistance requires my consent, which I may withdraw at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and agree not to sue the studio, venue operator, property owner, and their respective owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and agents for claims arising from my participation or use of the premises or equipment, including claims caused by their ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or liability that cannot legally be waived.

This agreement applies to my present and future participation. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.​​
