With more than two decades dedicated to yoga, self-inquiry, and shamanic traditions, Dulce has hosted over 100 courses worldwide and trained more than 3,000 students across various modalities. She has designed and facilitated numerous trainings that weave together Yoga, Psychology, Breathwork, and Shamanic practices, offering a grounded yet imaginative approach to human transformation.
Her path has been influenced by Rocket Yoga, Prana Flow, Tripsichore Yoga Theatre, Yin Yoga, Indigenous wisdom traditions, Indian Tantra and Ayurveda, elemental philosophy, and modern psychology. Her intention is to live in harmony and inspire a freer, more authentic experience of oneself and others. Her approach encourages self-responsibility, self-inquiry, and the courage to follow one's heart.
In 2026, Dulce published Mandala Vinyasa – Elemental Flow, a comprehensive guide to her methodology that integrates yoga, breathwork, elemental psychology, archetypal exploration, and contemplative practices. The book became an Amazon Bestseller in the United Kingdom shortly after its release.
Dulce created the Mandala Vinyasa & Elements Method as a synthesis of the teachings and traditions that have shaped her path. The system combines dynamic movement, breath awareness, elemental wisdom, and intentional practice to create a holistic framework for personal growth and integration.
By experiencing the Elements through the physical body, awareness naturally expands into the emotional, psychological, and energetic realms. Through this process, greater balance, understanding, and integration can emerge, allowing practitioners to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, nature, and their unique path.
